I don’t have any coding knowledge or technical background, would it be difficult to use?
No worries! Even though you know nothing about coding, there will be a hands-on e-commerce training session to guide you on how to use our system.
I know that SiteGiant provides FREE eCommerce Training, but I’m afraid that I couldn’t pick it up within a day?
Feel free to attend our training again, we do not charge if you come to training for more than once. Or you can obtain the tutorials from our Unicart Support to help you recap of what you have learned.
Can I attend the eCommerce Training together with my partners/colleagues/friends?
Yes, you may bring your partners/colleagues/friends to attend for our eCommerce hands-on training. Do note that the maximum head count per company is 2 person per training.
I already sell on marketplaces like Lazada and Shopee, and I want to migrate all my products from there instead of upload from scratch, what should I do?
You may email our support to request for a Lazada or Shopee migration. Our support will guide you from there onwards.
Do I have to pay for updates?
No. Most of our updates are FREE. When we make an update or add new features to our system, they will be automatically display in your account.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee for our plans.
Do I have to install anything?
No installation is required. Just login, list your products and you are ready to sell.
Who owns the data/content/subscribers?
The web store data, content and subscribers belong to you. We don’t take your data for other purposes.
Can I cancel my plan?
